Abstarct: tract Background and Aim: Troponin type A and creatine phosphokinase MB are common markers of heart damage. The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of three resistance training systems (drop set, descending pyramid and traditional) on the levels of the mentioned heart damage indicators. Materials and Methods: The current research was semi-experimental of applied type with a three-group design. The study population of the present study were 14-16-year-old boy volleyball plaxyers from the city of Sabzevar, who had at least 2 years of experience in volleyball practice. Among them, 15 people were selected and tested as available samples. From the subjects, on the day of the test, after testing weight, height and also measuring a maximum repetition, the first stage of blood sampling was done. After 3 weeks of resistance training, the second stage of blood sampling was performed. Blood samples were immediately frozen and transferred to the laboratory where they were analyzed. The data were analyzed using variance analysis with repeated measurements with an error of 0.05 with SPSS-26 software. Results: By implementing the training protocol, this result was obtained that, in general, the drop-set, descending and traditional pyramid systems are on the CPK-MB levels (P=0.923) and also the drop-set, descending and traditional pyramid systems are on the levels cTnI had no effect (P=1/000). Conclusion: According to the findings of this research, it can be concluded that resistance training systems in this research did not significantly increase the level of heart damage markers cTn I and CPK-MB.
